This one day Bodysport University Workshop will help you learn to create your ideal diet and exercise program based on how your body really works.  Come and let me share how I have been successful changing my own physique and show you how to do the same.  We will provide food, recipes, and lots of information to help you along your fitness journey!

Are you ready to push yourself to create a new healthy lifestyle for the new year? Those who finished the contest this past year not only saw incredible changes to their physique in 12 weeks, but their lifestyle changes were even more amazing!  Don’t miss out on this opportunity to achieve a healthier fit you!

Start date:  Saturday January 5th

End date:   Saturday March 30th

Who can enter:  Any Fit Physique client who is 18 or older (online programs available contact me for more info)

Cost:  $30 entry fee (all money goes toward the prize, the more entries the bigger the prize)

Prize:  Gift certificates for clothing, dining, a photo shoot, basket of supplements, fitness equipment and so much more!

Frequently asked questions:

How will the contest be judged?  Before and after contest pictures due the 1st week (remember to wear something that shows the 12 week changes) you will also write a short essay, due the 1st week, describing why you want to be a part of the contest, and the changes you want to make in the 12 weeks.  The last week will describe your 12 week journey and how it has affected your life; make sure you include any obstacles you faced along the way.

Who will judge? A panel of 3 judges (fitness experts) who live in different states will judge the winner.

How is the best way to get started?  By signing up for my 1 day Bodysport University workshop………only 25 spots available so sign up today!!!

How will being in the contest differ from regular clients?  I will send quickly tips, recipes, and videos helping you along the way!   When you succeed……. I succeed!
